THICCU DOT PHRASES

The following templates (sent by PDF) are intended as general clinical frameworks to support trainees in their decision-making. They are not exhaustive, not definitive, and not a substitute for independent clinical judgment.

It includes an ICU note template, problem based dot phrases, commonly used phrases in the ICU (GOC, Contrast in AKI, etc), procedure note templates for central line, arterial line, chest tube, intubation, bronchoscopy and thoracentesis. It also has a pulmonary note template, and some common phrases (Pulmonary hypertension work up, bronchiectasis work up, chronic cough, etc).
